Designing for the language of travel

At Skyscanner, I led APAC's brand application and creative execution across 14 APAC markets, producing campaign ideas and visuals that drove growth and engagement. Projects ranged from A/B testings, infographics (that gets picked up by media) and display ads to large-format installations, illustrations, social media, app store creatives, and partnership assets — ensuring every touchpoint reflected Skyscanner’s brand while resonating with regional audiences.
Throughout every project, I designed with a traveller-first mindset — ensuring each creative not only resonated visually but also captured the excitement, ease, curiosity and pain points that define the travel experience.
finders australia award
The goal was to put together a documentation of an extremely complex technology developed by an in-house engineer based out in Budapest for submission for Finders Award Australia - Best Travel Innovation category. Keeping in mind that the panel of judges were from very diverse backgrounds, the deck was focussed on an audience-first approach, whereby the complex concepts has to be distilled and understood by layman with simple explanations and visual aids. The deck needs to be clear, concise and visually appealing in explaining the problems, idea and solution (added the bonus too - how it performed). It went on to win the Finder Awards 2018 for Best Travel Innovation.

Various content and campaign visuals produced for campaigns across 14 APAC markets ranging from India, Hong Kong, Korea to Southeast Asia. Championing mobile responsiveness in our content visuals due to increasing demand on users reading articles on their mobile led to work including mobile responsive yet interactive infographics as well as and landing pages for campaigns for content site.
