IBF Website + Backend portal
about.
As part of IBF’s digital transformation initiative following a rebrand, I designed the website and secure login portal that translated the organization’s brand values into an elegant and functional digital experience. The design adopts a sleek and minimalistic UI, focused on delivering clarity, accessibility, and seamless user interaction across devices.
Objectives:
Create a modern and professional digital presence aligned with IBF’s new brand identity.
Develop a fully responsive interface optimized for both public visitors and registered financial practitioners.
Simplify user workflows within the practitioner portal to reduce friction in managing and monitoring professional activities.
Ensure smooth integration of the design with existing SharePoint infrastructure.
design and exploration.
Process:
The project began with a UX review of IBF’s existing site and stakeholder workshops to understand user needs. It included persona and user journey mapping. Having gathered all the requirements and building the site architect with the team, I moved on to design. I established a clean visual system built on simplicity and modularity, ensuring consistent usability across pages.
The UI design emphasized typographic hierarchy, restrained use of colours, and generous hero imageries to project professionalism and trust.
Collaborating closely with web architects, engineers, and Sharepoint consultants, I worked through iterative design rounds to align the interface with SharePoint’s technical requirements and IBF’s content management workflows.
final product.
The result was a modern, intuitive, and fully responsive platform that elevated IBF’s digital presence and improved user experience. The unified design system not only reflected the organization’s renewed brand identity but also enhanced usability for both internal teams and external users.
